INTRODUCTION
The website of the Dimitris Stratos Beauty Company
located at www.dimitrisstratosbeauty.com, hereinafter the Company, offers its services by the following
terms of use.
The visitor/user of the website upon
visiting/using any page of it is considered to have read the terms of use and
has accepted them fully and unconditionally in their entirety.
The Company provides to the visitors/users
of the website e-commerce services/e-shop. The Company's pages may also display
ads, according to the content of the website or not, which will always be
subject to these terms of use, unless expressly stated otherwise.

liable for compensation for any damage or loss arising from the cancellation of
orders, non-execution or delay in execution, for any reason. The Company does

the obligation in case of change of these data, to inform on time the
visitor/user about the unavailability, and in this case the Company bears no

In any case the Company is not civilly or
criminally liable for any loss (positive, special or negative, which

RETURN POLICY
The user/customer has the right to return
the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of conclusion of the
contract, notifying about that the Company at info@dimitrisstratosbeauty.com. The return will be made at Dimitris Stratos Beauty Company, 47 Spirou Patsi, Athens, 10447, Greece.
The user/customer is charged with the cost
of returning the product to the Company.
If the product has been sent and delivered
to the user/customer and the user/customer returns it to the Company according
to the above, the Company within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product
will return the paid price.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in
cases that are excluded from the relevant legislation and case law, such as
products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health or hygiene, if
they have been unsealed or damaged, etc., such as int. cosmetics, makeup tools,
etc.
